Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. mashed bananas (2 bananas)
    2 eggs
    2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, cream the sugar and cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in bananas and eggs.
    Add biscuit mix and pecans.
    Stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cover with foil last 15 minutes if bread browns too quickly.
