Zesty Turkey Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground turkey
    3 slices rye or whole wheat bread, torn up
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 onion, diced very fine
    2 tsp. white horseradish
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
Preparation
    Combine ground turkey with
    torn
    pieces of bread.
    Add eggs, onion, horseradish and
    mustard.
    Add
    tomato
    sauce and mix well. Place in a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours. Serves 8.
