Orange Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. orange rind
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
    Add to batter mixture.
    Stir in rind, raisins and nuts.
    Fill muffin tins (greased or paper lined) half full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    When still hot, glaze muffins with mixture of sugar and orange juice.
