Walnut-Cracker Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
20 Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Put crumbled Ritz crackers in a buttered pie plate.
Mix together the egg whites, walnuts, vanilla and sugar.
Pour all in the pie plate and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cool.
Serve with whipped cream.
