Garden Fresh Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 bushel tomatoes
    6 garlic cloves (optional)
    6 medium onions
    1 c. chopped parsley (1/2 jar dehydrated)
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. salt
    3 Tbsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. basil
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Chop tomatoes, garlic and onions in blender.
    Pour into large heavy kettle.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer 4 hours or until thick.
    Pour into quarts or pints.
    Process in hot water bath 10 minutes for pints, 15 minutes for quarts.
