Cauliflower-Ham Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cauliflower
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp American cheese
    2 c. cubed, cooked ham
    1 small can mushrooms
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
Preparation
    Break cauliflower into flowerets; cook in boiling, salted water until tender, about 10 minutes.
    Drain; set aside.
