Rice Casserole(Serves 10 To 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped green onion
    4 c. cooked rice
    1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 small can chopped green chillies
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter.
    Add rice, cottage cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper, Cheddar cheese and chillies.
    Pour into casserole pan and bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
