Lazy Crazy Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. unsweetened chocolate
2 eggs
3/4 c. shortening
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour milk
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Add ingredients in order given, except for vanilla.
Beat for 2 minutes, then add vanilla.
Beat 1 more minute.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes in a 13 x 9 x 2 1/2-inch or 9-inch round pan.
