Mexican Dip(Cold Tray) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cream cheese
    sour cream
    hot taco sauce
    diced tomatoes
    diced green peppers
    diced scallions
    diced avocado
    diced olives
    grated Cheddar cheese
    Doritos chips
Preparation
    Use equal amounts of cream cheese and sour cream (I used 16 ounces of each).
    Mix thoroughly and add enough hot taco sauce to a light pink coloring.
    Form and flatten on a large round tray. On top layer the following vegetables: tomatoes, green peppers, scallions, avocado and olives.
    Top with grated Cheddar cheese and add additional taco sauce on top.
    Serve with Doritos chips.
