Tomato Aspic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. V-8 juice
    1 medium onion
    1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    salt
    pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    sliced olives
Preparation
    Boil V-8 juice and chopped onion; simmer for 3 minutes.
    Put Jell-O in a bowl and add the juice and mix.
    Add vinegar, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and olives.
    Pour into 1-quart mold or 6 individual molds.
