Curried Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. coarsely shredded Blue cheese
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes, crushed
Preparation
    Combine cheeses and beat until well blended and fluffy.
    Wrap in waxed paper and chill until firm enough to handle.
    In a small saucepan, melt butter; stir in curry powder and saute, stirring 2 minutes.
    Stir in nuts; cool.
    Shape cheese mixture into a 8-inch long roll.
    Roll in curried nut mixture to coat well and sprinkle with parsley flakes.
    Wrap tightly in waxed paper and chill.
