Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. whole kernel corn
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. salad oil
3/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
Preparation
-
Mix first 6 ingredients with oil until blended.
Drop batter by heaping tablespoon into hot oil.
Fry 3 to 5 minutes until brown turning once.
Drain; serve with syrup or powdered sugar.
Makes 6 servings.
Can substitute corn with apples, chopped.
