Crab Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. crabmeat or imitation crab flakes
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
    salsa
    8 oz. Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
    4 oz. can green chiles
    10 flour or corn tortillas (7 to 8-inch)
    sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Mix crab, cheese, onions, chiles and jalapeno.
    Place 5 tortillas in a single layer on 2 large baking sheets.
    Cover with crab mixture; top with remaining tortillas. Bake 7 to 9 minutes, until cheese is melted and tortillas are lightly browned.
    Cut in wedges.
    Serve hot with salsa and sour cream.
