Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 pkg. Swiss or Cheddar cheese
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 pkg. sour cream
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes.
    Beat cream cheese; add sour cream and seasoning.
    Fold into potatoes.
    Spoon 1/2 into casserole; top with cheese slices.
    Add remaining potatoes and top with cheese. Bake about 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 until hot through and cheese melts.
