Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen peas
2 boiled eggs
3 sweet pickles
1/4 c. grated cheese
1 stalk celery
1 c. cauliflower
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 pkg. Ranch dip mix
Preparation
-
Thaw peas and pat dry.
Chop egg, pickles, celery and cauliflower.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix mayonnaise with powdered Ranch mix.
Add black olives if desired.
Sprinkle cheese and mix.
