Sour Cream Cornbread - cooking recipe

1 c. self-rising cornmeal
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. cooking oil
2/3 c. cream-style corn
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Mix first 4 ingredients well.
Fold in sour cream, mixing well.
Preheat skillet and pour in mixture and bake until a golden brown.
Let cool about 5 minutes before cutting to serve.
