Pretzel Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. fryer, cut up
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
3 c. finely crushed pretzels
vegetable oil (for frying)
Preparation

Dry chicken with paper towels. Combine eggs and milk in a large bowl.
Place pretzel crumbs in a large bag.
Dip chicken in milk mixture, then place in bag with pretzel crumbs and shake until coated well. Fry chicken in 350\u00b0 oil until golden brown (approximately 10 minutes per side).
Wrap pieces in aluminum foil and place in baking dish.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 35 minutes until done.
