Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    4 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 large stalk celery, chopped
    2 1/2 c. potatoes, chopped
    1 1/2 c. carrots, chopped
Preparation
    Fry meat until brown and bubbly. Add onion, cooking for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients in a large stew pot and cook for 1 hour. Top with grated Monterey Jack cheese and serve with toasted garlic to taste.
