Spinach Cannelloni Or Ravioli Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. Prosciutto, chopped
    2/3 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook spinach according
    to
    package
    directions.
    Drain well until almost dry.
    In
    skillet melt butter and add onion. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes, remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Place
    2
    tablespoons
    of spinach filling down center of
    each
    dried
    pasta
    square.
    Fold
    the opposite edges together over
    filling
    to
    form a tube.
    Place cannelloni in baking dish with a single layer of tomato sauce, sprinkled with Parmesan
    cheese.
    Repeat
    until all cannelloni are formed.
    Spoon more tomato
    sauce on top of cannelloni and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake
    20
    to 25 minutes, until starts to bubble.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
    Makes 15 to 20 cannelloni.
