Flaky Biscuits(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour (all-purpose)
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. skim milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together into mixing bowl.
Pour oil and milk together and add to flour mixture.
Mix and pour out on floured surface.
Knead about 10 times.
Roll out to 1/2-inch thickness.
Cut with medium-size cutter and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
