Donut Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat egg with fork; add oil and milk and beat with fork.
    Add dry ingredients to mixture and stir lightly with fork.
    Place in muffin tins.
    Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and add dot of butter to each.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
