Crabmeat Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 envelopes plain gelatin
1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. fresh crabmeat
1 c. mayonnaise
1 medium onion, minced
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped olives
1/4 c. chopped pimentos
juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Soften gelatin in water.
Put soup on low heat until warm. Add gelatin.
Over low heat, stir until dissolved.
Add mayonnaise and cream cheese.
Mix until smooth. Add other ingredients, adding crabmeat last.
Pour into dish greased with mayonnaise. Serve with crackers.
