Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 c. lard
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
10 Tbsp. lukewarm water (approx.)
Preparation

Enough for two shells for a 9 x 13 inch pan.
Mix dry ingredients, cut in lard until crumbly, then add water, until dough forms a small soft ball.
Knead with a small amount of flour, then roll out to fit pan.
Should make enough for a top and a bottom.
