Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
2 large eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. cut up rhubarb
lattice top crust
Preparation

Beat eggs; add milk, sugar, flour and nutmeg and beat until smooth.
Put rhubarb in pie shell and pour egg mixture over and dot with a little margarine.
Cover with lattice top.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
