Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. chicken breasts, skinless
    1 bottle Russian salad dressing
    1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1/4 c. water (for thinning)
Preparation
    Arrange chicken breasts in shallow 9 x 11-inch baking dish. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Cover dish with Saran Wrap.
    Microwave on High for 25 minutes.
    Let stand 5 to 9 minutes.
    (Use caution when handling dish and removing wrap.)
