Marguerite'S New York Cheese Cake(Makes 10 Servings; Make The Day Before Serving.) - cooking recipe

4 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz. each)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 lb. unsalted stick butter
16 oz. sour cream
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
5 eggs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. In a mixer bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, butter, sour cream, cornstarch, vanilla and lemon juice; mix. Then add eggs (one at a time). Place batter in greased spring-form pan. Place in larger pan containing approximately 1-inch water. Bake one hour. Enjoy.
