Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    1 envelope Knox gelatine
    2/3 pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 pt. whipped cream
Preparation
    Cook sugar and pineapple with juice on
    stove 5 minutes.
    Add gelatine diluted with 2 tablespoons water.
    Mix in cream cheese. Let cool to room temperature.
    Add whipped cream and chill until set.
