Scrambled Eggs And Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    1 small clove garlic
    1 medium onion
    1 medium green pepper
    1 (No. 2) can whole corn
    6 eggs
    6 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash of Tabasco
Preparation
    Fry bacon crisp and put on paper towel.
    Now chop up the garlic, onion and pepper fine and cook in bacon fat until tender. Add drained corn and cook for 2 minutes.
    Beat up eggs, milk, salt, pepper and Tabasco until well mixed.
    Pour over vegetables. Stir with fork until almost done.
    Chip bacon and fold into egg mixture.
    Serves 4.
