Sunday Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. water (lukewarm)
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water in large mixing bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Cover and let stand 8 hours or overnight on kitchen counter.
    Turn onto floured board and knead lightly.
    Roll out to 1 to 2-inch thickness.
    Cut into rolls on greased cookie sheet and let rise 4 to 6 hours.
    Bake in preheated oven at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Use muffin tins to make cloverleaf rolls.
