Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms (large)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    splash lemon juice to taste
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
    (If mushrooms are very large, use melon baller to make cavity deeper.)
    Mix cream cheese and onion soup mix with lemon juice.
    Fill cavities of mushrooms.
    Put under broiler until lightly browned.
    Enjoy!
