Broccoli-Rice Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 oz. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Add onions to broccoli and cook.
    Combine rice, 1/2 cup cheese, 1 egg and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    Press firmly in a greased 9-inch pan to form crust.
    Combine broccoli, milk, pepper, mushrooms, eggs and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    Mix.
    Spoon into crust. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese; bake 5 minutes longer.
