Gourmet Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat *
    1 c. celery, diced
    3 medium onions
    5 potatoes (any size)
    6 carrots, cut in strips
    1 medium can tomatoes
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. water
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation
    *May substitute round steak, cut in 1-inch strips.
