Creamed Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. chopped celery (optional)
1 qt. chicken broth
4 c. water
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. heavy cream (optional)
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. chopped onion (optional)
4 bouillon cubes
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
Preparation

Cook celery and onion in margarine until tender.
Stir in flour.
Add broth and 1 package frozen broccoli.
Simmer 1 hour. Put vegetables through a food mill or puree in blender.
Return to broth.
Add second package of broccoli and cheese.
Simmer 30 to 45 minutes until broccoli is tender and cheese is melted.
Add cream if desired.
