Cheese Icebox Rounds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. grated sharp cheese
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
    3 c. plain flour, sifted
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. red pepper or 1/2 tsp. paprika or both
    3/4 c. finely chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Starting with the first and ending with the last, mix thoroughly.
    Roll in rounds with waxed paper.
    Let chill for several hours or overnight.
    Slice and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
    Best not baked too brown.
