Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 green peppers, washed and cleaned out *
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium or large onion, chopped fine
    3/4 c. cooked Minute rice
    1/2 c. tomato ketchup
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    *I use frozen pepper halves in the winter and fill them while they are frozen.
