Chinese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. vegetable oil or peanut oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 pkg. Ramen noodles (throw away the spice pkg.), crunch noodles up in bag
    1 pkg. sunflower seeds
    1 pkg. sliced almonds
    1 head either bok choy or nappa
    long green onions, sliced up
Preparation
    Saute the noodles, sunflower seeds and almonds in oil until lightly brown.
    Don't mix together until ready to eat.
