Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. rolled oats
    1 c. water (around loaf while cooking)
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add salt, pepper, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, rolled oats and milk.
    Mix well.
    Add beef and pork.
    The secret of a meat loaf is to have it very moist, hardly holds together in pan.
    Shape meat into a loaf.
    Bake in a heavy pan. Small amount of water (1 cup) around the meat loaf.
    Baste several times during cooking period.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for one hour or more, if needed.
