Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. fat
    2 lb. ground beef
    4 onions, chopped
    2 green peppers, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    5 c. tomato juice
    1 c. catsup
    1 lb. dried beans, cooked
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; add onions, green pepper and celery.
    Cook until tender; add salt, chili powder, sugar and flour; stir.
    Add tomato juice and catsup; stir.
    Simmer 1 hour; add cooked beans. Cook on low for 1 to 2 hours.
    This will freeze well for later use.
