Chili Egg Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 eggs
    1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
    1 lb. shredded Jack cheese
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 (4 oz.) cans diced chilies
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and lemon color; add flour, baking powder, salt, cheese and butter.
    Blend smoothly; stir in chilies. Pour into well greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes, until brown and center is firm.
