Baked Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. milk, scalded
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar, vanilla extract and salt; add milk.
    Pour into six custard cups.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Place in a 13 x 9-inch pan filled 1-inch deep with hot water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
