Beef Tidbits With Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stewing beef
1 onion
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. juice
1 green pepper, cut into thin slices
1 large can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. cornstarch
Preparation

Boil beef, onion, salt and pepper until tender.
Take juice and green pepper and cook until tender.
Put pineapple chunks and meat into liquid mixture.
Mix cornstarch with water to make smooth and stir into mixture until thick.
