Seafood Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 c. celery, finely chopped
1/2 lb. crabmeat, picked
1/2 lb. shrimp, peeled, deveined and cooked
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1 1/4 c. milk, scalded
1 tsp. Old Bay seafood seasoning
pinch of sweet basil
9-inch pie crust
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Saute onion, pepper and celery in small amount of butter until tender.
Combine with shrimp and crabmeat.
Pour into prepared crust.
Sprinkle with grated Swiss cheese.
Combine milk, eggs, salt and seasoning.
Pour over all; sprinkle top with basil.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, or until set.
