Asparagus Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. asparagus
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
pepper to taste
Preparation

In skillet over medium heat, boil 1-inch of water. Add asparagus and 1 teaspoon salt; cover skillet and cook 5 minutes or until asparagus are tender-crisp. Drain.
