Mom'S Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. flour
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients. Pour into buttered casserole. Combine brown sugar, chopped pecans and flour. Sprinkle over sweet potatoes. Melt 1/2 cup margarine and pour over top. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
