Camp Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. potatoes, cooked and mashed into small pieces
    4 lb. stew beef
    2 chickens
    2 (No. 3) cans tomatoes, mashed
    1 (64 oz.) bottle catsup
    1 large onion, diced
    hot sauce to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook chicken and beef until tender.
    Cook potatoes and mash until in tiny pieces.
    Mix all ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Should be cooked in large dishpan.
