Capellini Amanda(A Light And Easy Dish Served Over Angel Hair Pasta) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 small clams, scrubbed
    12 mussels, de-bearded and scrubbed
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. fresh basil
    2 (14.5 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 to 4 cloves garlic, crushed (to personal taste)
    1 c. fresh mushrooms
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1 lb. angel hair pasta
    1/4 c. Romano cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In olive oil, saute onion, garlic and mushrooms.
    Add cans of tomatoes.
    Simmer on low for 10 minutes.
    Add red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, basil and cheeses.
    Simmer.
