Chicken Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. wide noodles or lasagne
4 c. boned chicken pieces
1 medium onion, chopped
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
1 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. parsley flakes
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook noodles in advance, as well as having chicken cooked and deboned into bite size pieces.
In large bowl, mix all remaining ingredients.
Stir in chicken and noodles.
Pour into buttered 9 x 12-inch casserole.
(This will probably fill 2 pans.)
Bake 1 hour, covered.
