Pineapple Cheese Cake Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2/3 c. Dole unsweetened pineapple juice
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 can crushed pineapple, drained (save)
1 c. pineapple juice

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix 2 cups flour, 2/3 cup margarine, 1/2 cup finely chopped toasted almonds and 1/2 cup powdered sugar until crumbly.
Press into 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
