Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can mincemeat
1/2 tsp. soda
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 c. or 1 lb. candied fruit to which add 1/4 c. grape juice
1 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
Preparation

Spray tube pan with Pam and line with wax paper.
Then spray and flour again.
Sift flour and soda.
Mix eggs and mincemeat, condensed milk, fruit and nuts.
Stir in flour and pour in pan. Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 2 hours or until center springs back when lightly touched and is golden brown.
