Collard Greens - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. fat free chicken broth, divided
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
11 c. tightly packed, fresh collard greens
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

Heat 1/2 c. broth in large dutch oven over medium heat until hot. Add garlic; cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Add greens and remaining broth; stir well. Cover and cook 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in red pepper and salt.
